The festive season is traditionally a time of giving, particularly to those in need or who are less fortunate than ourselves. With that thought in mind, Vaimo Ukraine will be supporting the fantastic work of the Ladyzhin Orphanage—helping children with disabilities.
Ladyzhin Orphanage provides a permanent residence for children between the ages of 4-18 who have a disability. The orphanage cares for these children through medical care, domestic services, education provision and rehabilitation.
As the new year approaches, the orphanage is requesting various products to help offer the children some holiday cheer. Vaimo Ukraine is, therefore, pleased to be donating over 5,000 euros to the orphanage in supporting their tremendous efforts. This year the donation will be going towards the following items for the children:
Toys
Hygiene products for babies
Fruit and vegetables
Sweet treats
Pillows
The funds will also be contributing towards larger projects at the orphanage including:
Repairs to a kitchen area
Rehabilitation equipment
Internet installation
